Hotel La Rosa de America is a unique Boutique Bed and Breakfast Hotel situated on a gorgeous property and conviently located near the International Airport in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. We have 12 spotlessly clean individual rooms arranged in six bungalows and a sparkling pool for the private use of our guests. The rooms are located around a large carefully designed and tended tropical garden. This Boutique Hotel is ideally suited to guests arriving from a tiring flight and wanting time to adjust to the country. We are located 7 km west of the International Airport halfway between the towns of Alajuela and La Garita. Our central location allows our guests easy access to many Central Valley sites including Volcan Poas, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, the Butterfly Gardens, ZooAve (the Zoo) and the Doka and Cafe Britt Coffee Tours. White water rafting, zip lining, Sarchi and even Tortuguero and Arenal are all possible as day trips from our Hotel. The towns of La Garita and Atenas enjoy some of the best weather of the Central Valley and have been listed by National Geographic to be in a region considered to have the best year round climate in the World!
